Pets: What Do You Have?
Most people have some pets. Be it cats, dogs, fish or some form of an animal, we all have to have our fur babies! I, Wendy, own a Yellow Crowned Amazon named George. George is around 19 years old and all sass for a feathered beast. He has been in my family since he was nine months old. Wow, I have a teenager! He is not furry, but he is full of personality and life.
As you can see, he likes to give me what I call “the birdy eyeball”. He likes to eat anything you eat being it prawns, spaghetti, chicken or chicken wings. Yes folks, he is a cannibal but you still have to love him!
He will talk to you as well as cry like my son when you do not want him to. People will knock at the door and he tells them to, “Come on in”!! I could not imagine life without the little feathered creature. I have him in the living room in his new home that I bought online. This is the perfect spot for him the watch television and be part of the family. Did I mention, George is kinda of a nerdy bird too, he loves to watch Star Wars and Lord of the Rings! He will chime in with his own version of sound effects! Darth Vadar watch out for the Rebel George!
