I, Wendy, received 2 super cute Kennedy Totes Bags, the Ophelia, and Calista. Beautiful bags that are light and durable. Since I am going back to school for my nursing degree, I use my cute and colorful bag for all my papers, pens, pencils and even my laptop/laptop protector. Instead of carrying in multiple bags to my class I have 2. Saves my back from lugging around oversized books and having my papers fly every which way!

I love the look of both of my totes that I switch it up every week! Both of the bags are spunky, fun and have a lot of personality! I have had compliments on both from fellow nurses! Plus once we start clinical’s, I can throw everything I need in my Kennedy Tote and run out the door!

I am not the type that usually totes around a handbag, purse or tote but I like these bags. My boyfriend has been trying for months to buy me a purse, and I would never do it. My Thoughts:

When I received the Wrapsit™ The Portable Pet Crate, I wasn’t expecting the crate to be so big and roomy. Assembling the crate under the chair was straightforward and easy to do. It took about 5 minutes to unbox and set the container up. Super simple! It fits most folding chairs on the market.

The hoops on the bottom of the pet crate are for the tent stakes when you go to the lake for the weekend or to the beach. I love this feature the most because your chair and items in the bottom won’t blow away.

This beautiful little girl is Bonnie. She is a Scottish Terrier that loves to pounce you if you’re not paying attention to her. She loves you to scratch her on her tummy, and she loves this hideaway cubby the pet crate provides. The zipper is zipped up most of the way, but I left it partly unzipped to get a picture of her. She’s a bit camera-shy.

I, Wendy, received 5 different flavors of NAKANO Natural Rice Vinegar’s to review. These are some of the wonderful flavors they sent me to use and try out!

Each one of the bottles of vinegar has its unique flavor and flare. I have looked up tons of recipes for my family and me to try. I’m like a kid in a candy store! I love new recipes. To me, it helps break up the monotony in what we eat.

Recipes:

I went online to see what type of recipes would be right with these bottles of rice vinegar. I found a lot of great recipes! Here are a few:

I have put Seasoned Rice Vinegar Slash On Basil & Oregano with a little pepper on my salad and fell in love! That stuff was amazing and not to mention healthier than the salad dressings you buy out of the store.

My Thoughts:

I love cooking in the kitchen, period. I started cooking with rice vinegar since earlier this year and have loved it ever since. Some of the recipes I have prepared are Orange Chicken Over Rice and CrockPot Sweet and Sour Meatballs.  Both dishes turned out amazing!

The rice vinegar collection from NAKANO is a great cooking tool that you can have in your kitchen. The flavored vinegar I have never tried before but love them on salads. I am hoping to find more uses for them. My favorite so far is the  Seasoned Rice Vinegar Splash On Basil & Oregano.  I don’t have to worry about the extra calories, and it brings a zig to my salad. Not to mention, I love the taste of Basil and Oregano.

I made some fried potatoes and sprinkled a little bit on the potatoes after they cooked. Yummy! It reminded me of a fat and crispy potato chip. The sky is the limit when you incorporate rice vinegar in your cooking.

Storage:

Rice Vinegar has a long shelf life as long as you store it properly. I store mine in the fridge once I have opened it. You can also store it in your cabinet with the other spices. I use NAKANO Rice Vinegar for a lot of different recipes, so I don’t keep mine very long.

I know I’m a candle junkie. I LOVE buying candles: I love them all. You can’t beat a great smelling candle that is your favorite scent so when you burn it the aroma overtakes the room. Thoughts about Bearded Mule’s Candles:

I love candles, and it’s hard to find good smelling candles. We used to have a store in town that would hand pour their candles but went out of business, which was a shame! Bearded Mule’s Candles brought back memories of that candle shop by opening the lid! The different scents are beautiful and made my home smell wonderful!

Bearded Mule’s Candles are 100% Veteran owned and operated.  They bring high standards to their candles.  Once I lit one of Bearded Mule’s Candles, I could tell straight away they were of high quality! The wax didn’t burn unevenly, and the smell of the candle was GREAT! I was burning Fresh Coffee for about a minute or 2 and I thought we were brewing a new pot of coffee! For all the coffee lovers, this candle is a must!

These candles would be perfect for gift baskets for Mother’s Day! My mom was already eyeballing some of my candles. You have to love mom! I have found a new candle maker, and I’m going to check out more of their flavors!

A gift for Mother’s Day is something children want to be special for their mom!  We want our moms to know just how special she is to us. What’s a better way of telling her she is special and loved then giving her a bottle of perfume from Giorgio! The fragrance that’ll make her feel glamorous and makes her feel like an extraordinary woman in her children’s eyes! Every woman wants to feel beautiful and smell good. Even as mothers, we still like to turn heads, even if they’re just our family members.

Finding that perfect gift

I always like to get my mom something different each year for Mother’s Day. It keeps her on her toes, and it’s just fun to do. I dislike when you’re so predictable that she or whoever you’re giving a gift to can “expect” whatever you’re giving.

I have bought my mom perfume once before, years ago. So this Mother’s Day, I’m going to surprise her with some new perfume: Giorgio Beverly Hills and Giorgio Beverly Hills Glam. Beautiful bottles of perfume with great fragrances to match. I believe this might be the perfect gift this year!

Giorgio Beverly Hills:

Giorgio Beverly Hills comes in a gorgeous yellow and white striped box that contains a 3 FL oz bottle of sweet smelling perfume. It reminds me of a field of Jasmine with a touch of vanilla. When spraying a dab on my skin, I noticed it wasn’t hard on the nose. It went very well with my body chemistry. Once the perfume dried, you could smell the base of it and what held it together. You’ll seem to notice it has a little bit of a sweeter, rich scent than before. The fragrance is very pleasant and subtle which I enjoyed. I love floral smells. This perfume is and will always be a classic!

Giorgio has different notes to this perfume, and I was right about smelling a bit of Jasmine and vanilla.

Top Notes:

• Orange Flower and Bergamot

Mid Notes:

• Jasmine
• Ylang Ylang
• Tuberose
• Gardenia

Low Notes:

• Sandalwood
• Moss
• Patchouli
• Cedarwood
• Vanilla

In my opinion, all these scents joined to make a perfect smelling perfume! Not too much but just right! Which makes me sound like part of the 3 Bears family. They did a fantastic job creating a scent that will be subtle and make you smell like a million bucks!

Giorgio Beverly Hills Glam:

Like the sister perfume, Giorgio Glam comes in a beautiful purple box with golden flower-like circles. The bottle-shaped like a purple gem and the fragrance it holds is milder but still, has a floral note like its sister perfume. I love how it opens with a crisp, fresh smell with a musky kick to it. This one is more diffusive than the other, hands down. To me, it screams elegance, grace and a bit of the American girl next door. When you go out on the town with your girlfriends or a hot date, you’ll have a perfume that makes people remember you.

Top Notes:

• Spring Peony

Mid Notes:

• Spring Plum
• Iris
• Jasmine Sambac

Low Notes:

• White Heliotrope
• Golden Labdanum

Thoughts:

Giorgio Glam is a modern take on the original perfume Giorgio Beverly Hills. Beverly Hills came out during the 1981 and had ladies smelling luxurious ever since! Both fragrances I found last a long time and doesn’t need to be applied again throughout the day. Just a little spritz and you’ll be good to go!

I love both floral smells! Most perfumes that are out there are too strong for me and make me sneeze, but Giorgio makes a lovely scent that makes me what to start adventuring out. If you are looking for yourself or a gift, this would be worth stumbling into Kohls or other shops for Giorgio perfumes. If floral based fragrances are for you, these 2 are what you might be looking for! I am euphoric with both, and I think my mom will be too! Plus it’s fun to be able to try new things!
