Celebrate With Stubb’s BBQ Sauces And Rubs

Stubb’s has BBQ sauces, rubs, marinades and much, much more! What is a better way to celebrate the 4th of July weekend than being able to pull out the ribs that taste amazing and that are finger licking good with Stubb’s sauces? In this writer’s opinion, you shouldn’t use anything else Stubb’s! It has earned my loyalty! Taste it for yourself but be warned, you’ll never want to go back to those “other” sauces!
Flavors of Sauces and Rubs:
This week I received 2 different sauces, a BBQ rub, and 2 coupons to pick out flavors from the Stubb’s collection at our local market to try with my family. I have never tried Stubb’s before today but have seen them on the shelves at the grocery story.
They sent me Sticky Sweet, Original and Bar-B-Q Spice Rub to try. Using the 2 coupons, I bought the bigger bottle of Orginal and Smokey Mesquite.
Ok, now it’s time to grill!!! Who doesn’t love the smell of cooked meat on the BBQ??
Preparing For Grillin’ Time:
Yesterday, I decided to grill out ribs with family and friends. The meat and the afternoon turned out to be amazing! We ended up cooking nearly 15 lbs of ribs and tried all the sauces on the different sections of ribs. I used Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Spice Rub on all the meat. I also took TONS of pictures to show you the process!
This, my friends, is the Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Spice Rub. When you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet spice that makes this rub great! I rinse off my meat before putting on the rub.
Starting to look good, isn’t it? Stubb’s has outdone themselves!
Grillin’ At Its Finest:
Adding the St. Louis Ribs on the grill and smelling sizzle! What a perfect afternoon! Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Spice Rub is making these ribs look so good!
I ended up having 2 types of ribs on the grill, Country, and St Louis Ribs. The Country Ribs I seasoned with a little bit of salt and pepper and added the Original BBQ sauce just before they finished grilling.

Now to brush the sauce over the meat to make it just perfect!
Making you hungry yet? I know smelling all this cook was making everyone hungry… even the NEIGHBORS!!! Our FedEx man delivered a package while we were cooking and didn’t want to leave! The more, the merrier, right?
Time To Eat:
I used the Stubb’s Sticky Sweet BBQ sauce on my ribs. In the past, I’ve tried many types of BBQ sauces from different companies to homemade BBQ sauce recipes, this is, hands down THE BEST BBQ sauce I have put in my mouth!
I put the sauce on my ribs that had the rub on it, and this is what it looked like:
Stubb’s Sticky Sweet BBQ sauce is thick, sweet, and so delicious. Stubb’s BBQ Sauces and Rubs have made me a life long fan just on this sauce alone! My friend, Thom, said that he had seen it in stores but never gave it a second glance but after today’s feast, he will not eat anything else.
My Thoughts On Stubb’s:
Stubb’s Original BBQ Sauce: This sauce is thick and tangy. Full of flavor and is perfect for people who don’t care for the sweeter BBQ sauces. It had vinegar and pepper undertone and packed with tons of flavor. Thom and his wife, Regina love this flavor of the sauce. I, personally, like a sweeter BBQ sauce but still will eat this one on any meat. Good taste!
Stubb’s Bar- B-Q Legendary Spice Rub: I love this stuff! Rub your meat with this stuff, let it set for 10 minutes and grill it! Packed full of flavor and tastes great! I don’t know what else to say besides super good with a hint of smokey flavor! You will not be disappointed with this rub! I wasn’t!
Stubb’s Sticky Sweet BBQ Sauce: This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!!! Brown sugar, molasses, smokey flavor with a hint of a tang. I see myself being stingy with this bottle! Remember Daffy Duck in the cave with all the treasure? Where didn’t he want to share with anyone? That’s me!
Once you taste this, I believe you will be hooked too!
Stubb’s Smokey Mesquite: Similar to Sticky Sweet with that delicious smokey goodness that wants to wrap itself around your taste buds and never let go! This is 2nd running to my favorite… YUM! I’ll have both of these stocked in my cabinets! WOW!! Is all I can say. You’ll have to try it for yourselves!
Finally:
If you’re getting together with family or just having a lunch for yourself, Stubb’s is an excellent way to make your choice of meats taste that much better!
