This simple recipe of Cinnamon Roll Waffles will take you back to your childhood of waking up and smelling your mom or dad cooking cinnamon rolls in the morning. I always would think, “What a way to roll out of bed in the morning”! All the children would be sitting around the table, rubbing their eyes while waiting and wanting some of that gooey sweetness. Yes, what a life! I could wake up smelling this cooking everyday! I love the smell of cinnamon and sugar!!
Three simple ingredients to make Cinnamon Roll Waffles:
- 1 to 2 cans of your favorite brand of Cinnamon Rolls
- some non stick spray
- 1 waffle maker
Get your waffle iron hot and then spray with the non stick spray. Place, depending on the size of the waffle maker, 2 biscuits per square. Close your lid of the waffle iron and wait until the light on top of the iron indicates that the waffles are done. Open iron and removing the Cinnamon Roll Waffles and plate them. You can either put regular syrup on them or heat the icing that came with it in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds. You have to make sure the icing is melted enough to glaze the top of your waffles giving them that extra goodness! The smell from the waffle iron alone will have you think you are going to heaven!
This is an extremely easy way to make a Saturday breakfast fun and delicious for the family! Cinnamon Roll Waffles will be a hit in almost every household! I know my family enjoyed them when they had them this weekend! I hope you enjoy this simple breakfast or treat! So this coming weekend when you want to surprise the family with an awesome treat to eat, remember Cinnamon Roll Waffles!
