Elegant Tuna Salad Stuffed Avocados
Whenever you want a tasty and healthy treat, think about this dish. It is straightforward and full of flavor that will make you want more! This salad is easy to make for you or your friends that will make their palate go crazy! Impress your guests with your culinary skills and eat healthy while you do!
Ingredients:
1 (12 ounces) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained
1 tablespoon mayo
1 green onion, thinly sliced, plus additional for garnish
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 dash balsamic vinegar
black pepper, to taste
1 pinch of Mrs. Dash, garlic, and herb
2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
Stir together tuna, mayonnaise, green onions, red pepper, sweet pickle relish and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. After mixing the tuna salad together, season with pepper and Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb. After mixing the tuna salad together, then pack the avocado halves with the tuna mixture. Garnish with reserved green onions and a dash of black pepper before serving.
For that extra mile: garnish with balsamic vinegar glaze before you plate.
